Notre Histoire
Michelina was built around a quiet idea: that the warm, buttery layers of a proper French croissant — the kind found in a Parisian neighborhood at first light — belong to anyone who wants them.
Every morning we shape, proof, and bake by hand. Sourdough loaves with a slow, deep crumb. Viennoiseries laminated through the night. Pastries finished with seasonal fruit, pistachio, chocolate, and the occasional black truffle.
